My art and my running come from the same place, a deep and abiding love for life and a sense of awe, wonder, and gratitude to be alive in this miraculous, beautiful universe that is made with such care.  This miracle of existence can only be coming from an incomprehensible vast love that is beyond our understanding.  This is what we all feel in our hearts and it is this love I feel flowing through me when I run and work on my art.  This vast love is here all the time, available to all of us.  All we need to do is to open our hearts and minds to it.
