"Warrior's Sole" is a dedication to the Veterans who served our country and the history of Hopkinton. It represents the introduction of the boot and shoe factories in Hopkinton that started in 1840 and thrived until the fires of 1882. The bright poppies are in remembrance of the sacrifice of our service members. It is meant to highlight the contrasts between change and what remains the same.
